We pleaded with you, encouraged you, and urged you to live your lives in a way that God would consider worthy. For he called you to share in his Kingdom and glory. [1 Thessalonians 2.12]
God called us to share in His Kingdom amd glory.
If this does not overwhelm us, then it is clear that we know very little about God's Kingdom and glory!
Perhaps that is why Jesus instructed us to seek the Kingdom of God first and foremost.
Let's say the Kingdom is forgiveness. Then it makes perfect sense that the glory is every blessing forgiveness affords!
We know it is real when God's Kingdom and glory flows from our lives to the lives of others.
Father, may my life share Your Kingdom and glory!
