“Listen to me, O family of Jacob, Israel my chosen one! I alone am God, the First and the Last. It was my hand that laid the foundations of the earth, my right hand that spread out the heavens above. When I call out the stars, they all appear in order.” [Isaiah 48.12-13]
Sometimes a simple reminder the God is in control is enough. I know the simplicity of the verses above seem to ignore all the science involved, but science will never be able to explain or contain God, will it?
Father, I need to rest in You today. I know You are Who You say You are. You deal with me at the conscience level - science cannot touch that - never has, never will. And, no matter how real science may be, it can never be more real than the existence of conscience - the soul and spirit of man striving for peace with You.
