The jealousy offering described in today's OYCB reading is unusual. It reminds me of the sort of ritual associated with witchcraft and magic. I hesitate to say this, but it is what it seems like.
Father, I find the jealousy offering to be quite out of character. Perhaps however, I am unaware of just how ritualistic the Law of old really is!
