Faith

As they were crossing the lake, Jesus warned them, “Watch out! Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and of Herod.” [Mark 8.15]

So what WAS this yeast of the Pharisees and of Herod? After saying this (and the disciples started arguing amongst themselves for forgetting to bring food), Jesus immediately reminded His guys of the two miracles regarding food. These two miracles evidently hold the key to understanding what Jesus was referring to as the yeast of the Pharisees and Herod. But how? Perhaps the miracles (faith) and the yeast (unbelief) are opposites?
