Rescue those who are unjustly sentenced to die; save them as they stagger to their death. Don’t excuse yourself by saying, “Look, we didn’t know.” For God understands all hearts, and he sees you. He who guards your soul knows you knew. He will repay all people as their actions deserve. [Proverbs 24.11-12]
If this passage does not speak to the issue of abortion, no passage in the Bible does! As long as abortion is allowed, unborn children are unjustly sentenced to die.
Think about it... an unborn child has committed no crime. Taking the life of an unborn child is senseless murder.
Proverbs says it is equally murderous to remain silent about such unjust murder.
Father, there is simply no justification for murdering innocent unborn children. I see today there is also no excuse for remaining silent about the issue. May my voice be heard in speaking up for innocent unborn children! So be it!
