Does God Care About Our Lives?

“If only the LORD had killed us back in Egypt,” they moaned. “There we sat around pots filled with meat and ate all the bread we wanted. But now you have brought us into this wilderness to starve us all to death.” [Exodus 16.3]

Well, only a month had passed and Israel was complaining again.

Relative you my post yesterday, it is once again clear that Israel's priority was off. Once again, Israel indicated that their priority for temporal life surpassed their desire to obey God.

If we can see it, this life we live is potentially the greatest distraction preventing us from pleasing God with faith.

Does God care about our lives? The fact that we would even ask such a question is evidence that we do not truly know God!

Father, You are my everything. Forgive me for doubting You for a lack of knowing You.
