After his baptism, as Jesus came up out of the water, the heavens were opened and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and settling on him. And a voice from heaven said, “This is my dearly loved Son, who brings me great joy.” [Matthew 3.16-17]
For all I have promoted in the last few days about knowing God, here we see something entirely different: the concept of being known by God.
Which is most important?
The obvious answer is that to be known by God is more important than anything.
Relationship is not complete unless the 'knowing' is two ways.
Father, I want to be known by You.
