Here Is How I See It

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego replied, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you. If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God whom we serve is able to save us. He will rescue us from your power, Your Majesty. But even if he doesn’t, we want to make it clear to you, Your Majesty, that we will never serve your gods or worship the gold statue you have set up.” [Daniel 3.16-18]

Here is how I see this today:

"O, Joe Biden and Dr. Fauci, I do not need to defend myself before you. If I am exposed to COVID or persecuted for not taking your vaccine, the God Whom I serve is able to save me. He will rescue me from COVID and your power, Mr. President and Dr. Fauci. But even if He doesn't, I want to make it clear to you, Mr. President and Dr. Fauci, I will never bow down to the gods of politics and medicine you have set up."

Father, may my heart be right and pure before You.
