Make thankfulness your sacrifice to God, and keep the vows you made to the Most High. [Psalm 50.14]
Thankfulness is a subject that is overlooked more than it should be.
The thing is, God is the Source of everything that sustains us. Everything. Frankly, because of this, thankfulness shouldn't even be a sacrifice bu instead a naturally and regularly occurring event in our lives.
However, for us to understand this, it winds up being a sacrifice. Why? Because our human hearts are desperately wicked and deceitful and... proud.
Father, You are my everything. Thank You for the blessings in my life. Thank You even for the strength to obey You!
