What can be said about the Temple and the furnishings that Solomon had built? Extravagant?
It is interesting that Solomon was the political leader of Israel but no one accused him of crossing any lines.
Father help me today to meditate on the extravagance of the Temple and its furnishings. Help me to understand the meaning of going to such great measure to build and decorate that building. Help me today to find contemporary application for my life and devotion in what I read and learn about the Temple.
