In the darkness of the wedding bed, Jacob was deceived. How terrible! Who would have ever thought that not long before, it was in the darkness of blindness that Jacob deceived Isaac!
How ironic.
Father, truly we get what we give. This makes my plea for the blood of Jesus to cover me so much more in earnest!
