Music as a job... now that's a dream of many! But this entertainment job was not your run-of-the-mill 9 p.m. till 2 a.m. gig. Rather than entertaining people, these musicians were hired to entertain God. Instead of these musical wonders receiving praise, they were giving it.
So, it appears the original entertainment industry was all about God - not man.
Father, help us to get an idea of what it means to worship You. It seems today we really have no idea and have it all wrong!
