While it is often said that the Church today is missing something, I dare say no one gives a thought to the possibility that it might be round-the-clock music...
If it is argued that 24/7 music is "passed away" with Temple worship, then perhaps our individual worship should take its place.
Regardless where we stand on this issue, measures need to be taken to adjust for music in our devotion to God.
Father, may the implications of 1 Chronicles 9.33 affect my life whether its effect ever reaches the modern Church or not. So be it.
