How appropriate is this on Christmas Day 2022?

If there is one thing every person needs to consider on Christmas Day, it is "What is taking God's rightful place in my heart?"

One thing that stands out is the holiday itself. Is the hustle and bustle of Christmas taking our heart-focus off of Jesus Whose birth we celebrate on this day?

Father, without wordiness I want to simply focus my heart  and life on You and Your plan of salvation for me in Christ today.
