“Who is this man, that he goes around forgiving sins?”

The men at the table said among themselves, “Who is this man, that he goes around forgiving sins?” [Luke 7.49]

What an excellent question!

“Who is this man, that he goes around forgiving sins?” 

When Jesus is present, there is forgiveness because He gives it.

“Who is this man, that he goes around forgiving sins?” 

If we walk in the same Spirit in which Jesus walked, then when we are present, there is forgiveness because we give it! And people will ask...

“Who is this man, that he goes around forgiving sins?” 

Nothing we do on earth makes us look more like Jesus than forgiveness.

Let me repeat the statement above.

Nothing we do on earth makes us look more like Jesus than forgiveness!

And when we look like Jesus, we will get the same question:

“Who is this man, that he goes around forgiving sins?” 

Father, I want to be asked, “Who is this man, that he goes around forgiving sins?” because I know when I am asked this question, people are not seeing me, but Jesus!
