And they were singing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb: “Great and marvelous are your works, O Lord God, the Almighty. Just and true are your ways, O King of the nations. Who will not fear you, Lord, and glorify your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before you, for your righteous deeds have been revealed.” [Revelation 15.3-4]
Even though I have yet to comprehend what most of the book of Revelation is saying, I do understand that all around God, there is and will be worship.
So, maybe it is prudent, while trying to understand end time events, that I (we) do not falter or fail in the one thing we know is right: worshiping God.
Likewise, if we obediently pray according to Jesus' instruction in Matthew 6 (Your Kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven...) then worship must be included in our pursuit of God's will because we KNOW that worship is very much going on in heaven all around God!
Father, You are worthy of all worship. In my growing understanding of Your Kingdom, let me be found worshiping You!
