Most Don't Know

So be careful to obey all the commands I give you.  You must not add anything to them or subtract anything from them. [Deuteronomy 12.32]
Given all we know about Jewish history and the Bible, and about Jesus and the New Covenant, I wonder just how accurately we are able to follow the LORD's commands and His will in modern times?
Can we, with any assurance whatsoever, say that we have added nothing to God's commands or taken anything away?  Or, did Jesus completely eliminate the need to do so?
Since The Church today does not observe the festivals and sacrifices laid out by Moses at God's command because Jesus sacrificed Himself on our behalf, I ask again, can we be sure we've neither added to or taken away from God's commands?
I think the answer to this question could be "Yes" if, in fact, was are solely recognizing and believing in Jesus for our complete redemption.  However, we don't see that much as people try to keep the Commandments themselves and usually follow some sort of religious protocol deriving its origin in the Old Testament of the Bible.
One thing is for certain: God's people need to know what they believe.  But most don't.
Father, I too actually know very little about what I actually believe.  Oh, I declare my allegiance to You through Jesus, but I find myself just as confused as the next person when it comes to understanding how that relationship relates to all the directives of the Old Testament.  I want to be sure that I have taken nothing away or added anything to The Way as provided by Jesus...
