Then the Lord said to Moses, “Return to Pharaoh and make your demands again. I have made him and his officials stubborn so I can display my miraculous signs among them. I’ve also done it so you can tell your children and grandchildren about how I made a mockery of the Egyptians and about the signs I displayed among them—and so you will know that I am the Lord.” [Exodus 10.1-2]
A lot is explained right here for all who will receive it. If a person is willing to admit that God is indeed supreme and sovereign, then there is no problem with what He has done here. Why God did things the way He did them with Egypt may remain mysterious, but He did accomplish His goal of the story being passed on to the children and to their children.
That's what matters. Tell the story.
Father, help me to tell the story as You have revealed it to me.
