At that same time Jesus was filled with the joy of the Holy Spirit, and he said, “O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, thank you for hiding these things from those who think themselves wise and clever, and for revealing them to the childlike. Yes, Father, it pleased you to do it this way. [Luke 10.21]
Wow, Jesus got happy... But why? It was because his men came back reporting that they had used His name to overcome demons. Simply put, they operated in faith. Contrast Jesus' response here to His earlier negative response (Luke 9.41) when His guys couldn't cast out a demon - they did not operate in faith.
There is a lesson here.
